Jobsite Meetings
Turn your project into the vision of your dreams with weekly jobsite meetings. Our team will explain all your options and answer any of your questions on the site of your home. We want you to have every feature you imagined and jobsite meetings are just one of the many ways we do that. Our team works closely with each client to make sure we are meeting, and exceeding expectations.
Floor Planning
Realex Homes is a genuine Houston custom home builder. We do not limit you to a few options. Instead we offer the flexibility to choose from over 3000+ floor plans, and then allow you to alter any facet of the design; combine rooms and add features from several plans or start from scratch. During the design of your home we help you look for ways to improve its function and beauty. We'll build the home you want, the way you want it.
Permitting
Realex Homes wants to make the building process as easy as possible for our clients. We have an on-site permitting team to make sure your project passes City of Houston requirements.

Inspections
All new homes built within Houston are inspected by city inspectors. We build beyond the minimum building code standards required by the city. As each Realex Home is designed, engineered, and constructed, we have the home inspected to make sure each home is built to our higher standards.

At Realex Homes, we work with subcontractors and suppliers who can deliver quality work on time. By carefully choosing our suppliers, we reduce costly surprises and delays. We strive to maintain superior craftsmanship that is timely while also beautifully detailed.
Third Party Engineers
Realex Homes uses third party engineers for soil testing, foundation design, framing design, wind load engineering, heating, ventilating and A/C system design. Rather than use in-house engineers with a potential conflict of interest, we use third party engineers to ensure unbiased engineering decisions.
